

Salami Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups farro
1 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons new garlic
3 teaspoons nectar
3 cups cauliflower
3 cups radicchio
8 ounces salami
2 cup pepper
2 cup celery
1 cup parsley
1 cup dried tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Cook farro as indicated by bundle headings, around 30 minutes. Channel and put aside to cool.
2. Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic, and nectar in a huge bowl.
3. Bring 3/4 cup water to a stew in a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Add cauliflower; cover, decrease warmth to medium-low, and cook until delicate fresh, around 3 minutes. Channel and move to the bowl with the vinaigrette.
4. Add the farro, radicchio (or cabbage), salami, chime pepper, celery, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, and banana peppers to the bowl with the cauliflower and vinaigrette; throw to consolidate.
