Ingredients: 1 pack of Gelatine 2 cups creamer1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla 2 cups of Ricotta Cheese 2 cups blended new berries... Pannacotta

Ingredients:

1 pack of Gelatine
2 cups creamer
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
2 cups of Ricotta Cheese
2 cups blended new berries

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle gelatine more than 1/2 cup creamer in medium pan; let stand 5 min. or on the other hand until mollified. Mix in sugar, vanilla and staying cream; cook on low warmth until gelatine is totally broken up, blending every now and again.
  2. Spot gelatine blend into blender. Include ricotta; mix until smooth. Fill 8 (6-oz.) custard cups showered with cooking splash. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  3. Mix berries in blender until smooth; spoon onto 8 sweet plates. Top with unmolded pastries.
