- Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, paprika, oregano, and salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Warmth 2 tablespoons olive oil in a paella dish over medium warmth. Mix in garlic, red pepper pieces, and rice. Cook, mixing, to cover rice with oil, around 3 minutes.
